As AI Lead at Zurich Airport, I drove voice AI from concept through formal enterprise tender and consolidated fragmented platforms for ~35k staff. Through KI Unlocked, I architect, code, and ship agentic AI systems like Leistera that solve high-stakes document and workflow operations in regulated Swiss environments.
